THE CLIENT
Aloft Hotels and Sheraton Hotels & Resorts are chains under the Marriott International umbrella. The former is most notable for its modern architecture design as a budget property with over 200 locations, while the latter is known for its welcoming lobbies and comfortable beds as a premium property with over 400 destinations.
Aloft Bali Kuta at Beachwalk is a four-star property with 175 rooms, while Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort is a five-star property with 196 rooms. Both are managed by the same cluster team and are tucked in the bustling Kuta neighborhood, just steps away from Bali’s largest shopping mall.
THE BRIEF
1. Both properties had recently made some additions to their offerings and were looking to craft a set of visuals for digital marketing. For Aloft, this was the launch of 4 new dishes, while for Sheraton, this was the opening of a new BBQ dinner buffet. In addition, both hotels sought to get some lifestyle images and facility shots (meeting rooms and kids’ club).
